After testing a system that saved hundreds of hours a year, we turned it into a concierge model for homeowners—one trusted point of contact coordinating vetted, insured professionals so your home simply runs.


Elivex stands firmly on our passion to make home ownership easy again. You shouldn't deal with:

Vendor management means we handle the end‑to‑end coordination of service providers for your home. We source and vet pros, schedule them, align scopes and pricing, track performance, and keep you updated—so you get consistent results with less effort and no markup on vendor bills.


Core categories include landscaping, pest control, HVAC maintenance, pool care, house cleaning, and project coordination. If your home needs something outside this list, we scope it and coordinate the right specialist through our vetted network.


We operate in Central Florida, with a focus on Polk County, and Manatee County. If you’re nearby, we can confirm coverage and bring the right vendors to you.


You choose a monthly plan—Essentials ($50), Plus ($75), or Premium ($100)—based on how many vendors we coordinate and the level of proactive care. Vendor bills are passed through; your monthly fee covers Elivex coordination and quality oversight. There’s a one‑time $150 startup fee in your first month.


Yes, we encourage our customers to customize their plan based on their unique needs. You can tailor vendors, add or remove services, and mix recurring and one‑off work. We also offer add‑ons and project coordination to fit unique needs or seasonal priorities.


Book a short 10–15 minute intro phone call. We learn your goals, review your home’s service history, set preferences, and recommend the right tier. From there, we schedule vetted pros and keep everything on track with monthly updates.


We coordinate the right insured professional, document the issue, and manage the remediation. If a claim is needed, we help gather vendor documentation and timelines to support your process while keeping services moving.


Different: We’re a concierge coordinator, not a property manager. We don’t mark up vendor invoices; we focus on quality control, scheduling, and communication with one contact, one payment.


Similar: Like premium home services, we provide vetted pros, proactive maintenance, and clear reporting—but we keep your vendor costs transparent and at market rates.
